Patch Numbers

A quick explanation of patching numbers for those who do not understand why you see "v4.6.4" listed.

The first number refers to the MAIN BUILD of the mod. Whenever a major build of the mod is made, this number is increased.

The second number refers to the number of REVISIONS of the MAIN BUILD.

The third & final number refers to the number of PATCHES to the LATEST REVISION OF THE MAIN BUILD.

Essentially, v4.6.4 says "Version 4, Revision 6, Patch 4"
