For a variety of reasons, the DomWars Mod often requires you to download a small patch. Usually this is to fix a few minor bugs with the main download, or to update the scripts. Or sometimes to add specific things which are necessary for the online campaign. Essentially, it's a patch to update the main mod, without making you re-download the main mod itself again. It might seem annoying to have to patch the mod, but in the long run, it will save you a lot of time.
